What's the role? DRM - documents & record management to support Shell Upstream business in the China, following Shell standard records management process using the correct tool. Overall accountable for the delivery of SCEPCo DRM Application & Content Services, including service assurance. As well as DRM related business & resource plan. Provide DRM support to Business Users including specific requirements from JV (Joint Venture) partners. TUS - Support the Subsurface & Wells users and Data Room with regards of supporting CUBE/VWS/Technical workstations as the local "technical hand" and 2nd/3rd line. ArcGIS is the locally managed Geo. Information system, including local Oracle server and ArcSDE servers. Maintain and support the system and its users with correct operation and backup/restore/security control Other supporting roles - working as local IT contract holders and perform contract management responsibilities as required by JV business and other requirement. TUS & Ops Support - including DRM site focal role Some of the key accountabilities and responsibilities of this role are: Overall accountability for the delivery of SCEPCo DRM support to Business Users including specific requirements from JV (Joint Venture) partners during the business transition period, and routine documents and data handover to partner Archive Bureau. Ensure Shell DRM Policies, Standards are followed, and support ways of working to ensure processes for service delivery are followed. Implement and embed DRM Processes Delivery within SCEPCo. This will include identification and analysis of DRM requirements, and SharePoint support focal of SCEPCo. Be responsible for delivery of physical record management services, publishing, archiving, offsite storage and onsite library services. Maintaining the service performance according to agreed SLAs, standards and disposition policy. Managing the relationship with the business focal points, gathering new demand and change requirements and overlooking the operational support activities. Acting as DRM/IM Consultant, focus on creating and supporting the business improvement plan specific to business's needs, as well as consulting on practices worth repeating. Cost Leadership: To ensure clear overview on DRM cost and levers overall with focus on SCEPCo DRM to drive cost transparency to business on service delivery areas in Beijing & remote office, including application service & content service in line with innovation in the delivery of DRM Services. Maintain close contacts with the user groups, internal & external stakeholders and business teams, ensuring effective and safe delivery of services across SCEPCo and improving DRM service transparency in accordance to business demands. Participate in DRM related assessment and audits such as: OE Reviews - IM (Operational Excellence - Information Management) blade assessment Project Support: support DRM related projects where applicable. E.g. SharePoint Upgrade. TUS roles: Delivery of high quality, proactive, customer focused local technical users support, integrated with the global support model and teams Provide primarily 2nd line and 3rd line support to IT technical Systems (CUBE, VWS. Storage, HP RGS, Microsoft Desktop, etc), escalating issues to other 3rd parties as required, retaining ownership for issues China local Geographic Information System (GIS) maintenance and support which include Server end (AGS , SDE, Oracle DB and Map Servers) and business team Client users support Providing remote assistance to the RIG IT Technicians out in the field and remote support for Drilling Rig users Provide Out of Hours support service and project support (on-call duty) Other local projects (Digitalization/CI) support (AR, Data Visualization, SWEET, etc.) and coordination Requirements What we need from you Degree in Computer Science or related discipline Wide exposure to a variety of technical and business environments including but not limited to IT and proven experience in some of these areas - EUC, telecoms, networks. At least 5 years professional IT experience, of which at least 3 years must have been spent in supporting IT Infrastructure services ITIL Certified (prefer) and experienced in operation of ITIL Processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Request) Experience with Geographic Information System (GIS) build, maintenance, support, knowledge on ESRI ArcGIS and ArcSDE disciplines as well as hardware maintenance and support Good experienced in Oracle Database Management, Redhat Linux Operation System support. OCP (Oracle certified professional) and RHCE(Redhat certified engineer) are preferred. Be familiar with HP RGS, LDAP, Active Directory, GDi, VNC/Putty tool, CUBE/VWS, Laptop & Desktop Workstations, 3D video, and IBM/HP tape drive set up. Minor experience in development and maintenance of DRM solutions and services delivery. Good experience of Group Records Management standards and guidelines. Good at building and maintaining the relationship with JV Partners. Be familiar with the basic requirements on handover documents management. Experience in working with DRM/IM capabilities. Examples are SharePoint, Public Folders and Topology navigator.Knowledge of the definition and application of meta data in conjunction with information publishing and retrieval Basic network & telecoms capabilities (Routers, Switches, Vlan, Vsat, Firewall, Video streaming) Knowledge & experience on PCAD, Shell WellVantage, PI and ESRI products are preferred.
