Purpose: The Finance Accounting & Control Analyst will focus on operational excellence in the delivery of their process responsibilities. They will build a deep knowledge of the outputs required and ways of working to deliver these, along with the tools and systems that are an integral enabler of the process. They will work collaboratively with colleagues in R&A and their peers from other processes, Controllers, VPs, FMs, FiBs where operational excellence or data integrity impacts on the R&A delivery. The role will have a mix of deliverables handling/leading Integration projects in support to MLP asset drops. Dimensions: R&A Integration Analyst supports/leads the Integration Team handling Carveouts. R&A Integration Analyst will have close interaction with the various stakeholders within Finance Operations (inside and outside R&A), Controllers Team in the US and IT, FMs, VPs, Tax, FIBs. Individual Contributor This role is suitable for high potential candidates who can demonstrate both functional and technical expertise, to achieve operational excellence, data integrity and project delivery. Good communication skills and adaptability are also key to this position. Furthermore, they will support to Finance in the Business and Finance Operations as integrators in terms of process improvements. Requirements Candidate must be Certified Public Accountant Experienced in the financial and management accounting minimum of 5 years Experience on handling complex accounting such as acquisitions and/or divestment Experience on handling UK & US GAAP and/or IFRS accounting Standards and reporting requirements Experience in process review/improvements (sytems and process) designs and implementation changes Strong stakeholder management skills Has an analytical mindset with the ability to recognize underlying issues and develop appropriate resolutions Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Positive influencing skills and highly collaborative Able to demonstrate leadership while enable delivery through other non-team members Has a Continuous Improvement mindset, able to identify ESSA opportunities and manage change.
