General Position Definition A sustainable solution to contractor management - end to end contractor management supported by a global Contractor Service Desk (CSD) to: Liberate business frontline and shorten cycle time with CSD handling end to end contractor management activities (source, select, hire, extension, on board/off board contingent workforce) Improve commercial acumen through rates assessment against Shell standard rate card, channelling and step out escalation Create data transparency and the ability to quickly identify savings opportunities through Management Information reports Drive consistency in selecting and managing contractors Drive data integrity and transparency for business decision making Position Purpose The CSD Specialist is responsible to provide dedicated E2E commercial, professional consultancy and administrative activities relating to contingent workforce management. The CSD Specialist handles day to day operations, manage queries, IQN workflows, commercial rate negotiation and reporting to deliver top-quartile contingent workforce management. Accountabilities First point of contact on the respective business covered on Contingent Workforce and Single point of contact for all IQN related queries from business users. Leads a mini team in charge of Value Cluster or a key account (high value/high opportunity Shell business entity). Manage Salesforce Ticketing tool and resolve queries/issues and engage/escalate to appropriate teams (if required). Demonstrate commercial acumen and provide appropriate commercial challenge to business via demand management, specification management and price management Manage individual sourcing process as per contractor classification, rules and supplier quilt Arrange and manage onboarding virtually; work closely with business to ensure resources are onboarded/off-boarded successfully Enforce compliance and governance with HR, Categories, Legal and Fiscal policies. Maintain data accuracy in IQN, enabling accurate monthly MI report to be shared with stakeholders Manage IQN contract completion, contractor evaluation & ensure IQN payment request is complete Provides the Business with contingent workforce analytics on regular basis Provide guidance to business to generate IQN reports if required Requirements Bachelor holder with 4 - 6 years of post-qualification, preferably in contingent workforce management. Demonstrate a cross breed skillset encompassing at least two of the following areas: HR, Recruitment, Purchasing, Customer Care, Key Account Management Ability to assume Focal Points and roles such as: IQN/Assignment/PA Approver, Super User (IQN/SalesForce) Ability to lead Complex Projects (Supplier Transition, Change of Legal Entities, High Risk projects, GST/Taxation Changes) Strong communication and analytical skills Deliver excellence (customer service focus) and continuous improvement (ability to assess and diagnose problems and to propose solutions that are simple and effective) Awareness of the market and contingent worker contracts and strategies Company Description Shell is a global group of energy and petrochemical companies, active across more than 80 countries, employing 90,000 people.
