JOB SUMMARY Responsible for providing information, advice and guidance for all aspects of the development and implementation of the Maintenance Management System (MMS) for the Companies drilling units in accordance with Nabors policies and procedures. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Generate and review (optimize) maintenance procedures including spare parts, tools, and skilled labor required for each maintenance task. Ensure that maintenance routines meet all Company's standards and regulatory requirements and are standardized throughout the fleet. Review Maintenance System Master Data Change Requests from the field, ensuring the changes meet all quality standards, are valid, approved, and implemented throughout the fleet in timely manner. Assist operations management with all maintenance issues. Help develop, organize, and implement all maintenance KPIs. Review KPI reporting to evaluate the performance of the maintenance system and discuss the results with the Maintenance Manager. Analyze equipment breakdowns in order to offer suggestions for maintenance improvement or equipment replacement / modification. Capture and document lessons learned and ensure they are shared with Operations Management. Ensure that newly installed equipment and components are included in the maintenance system. Carry out audits in the field according to Company's Management System and Maintenance Manual. Make routine inspections of equipment and verify quality of maintenance activities. Proactively contact SME / suppliers / OEM's to obtain specialist information. Participate with the Technical Support Department and Technical Managers in each division in the planning and evaluation of major maintenance work / overhaul. Ensure all technical certification / documentation, maintenance procedures, bulletins, and alerts are available and maintained on a centralized location onshore (Technical Document Control Drive). Work in conjunction with IT to ensure PM System enhancements meet technical requirements. Be an internal subject matter expert on Computerized Maintenance Management System. Proactively follow up on and resolve day‐to‐day maintenance inquiries from the rigs. Lead in creating procedures, standards, and work instructions related to maintenance processes. Assist Maintenance Manager in developing and implementing a training program on Maintenance Management System. Assess competency of operational personnel on Maintenance Management System. Supervise Maintenance Technicians & MMS trainers in the field. Manage and coordinate the Bi-Annual Audits on Drilling Rigs for Global Drilling.
