Key responsibilities

•Drive initiatives/projects independently with quantifiable results which improve efficiency or effectiveness

•Collaborate with various leaders and teams to identify, achieve and improve business metrics through data driven approach

•Monitor correct data collection with validation and draw interpretations from in-depth data analysis, and critical to quality (CTQ) identification

•Acts as a role model and coach regarding the use of quality tools, methodology and application in the process

•Understanding of the Lean / Six Sigma toolbox (Preferable)
•Problem solving bent of mind
•High analytical and problem-solving skills
•Result oriented, ready to take challenges and able to work under pressure
