Key responsibilities

The Senior Manager of Media is responsible for delivering great performance results and offering ideas to tangibly increase the ROI.

You will be building solid relationships with key decision makers to identify potential business opportunities and secure the optimal media setup and corporation partners - and leading a new pitch when/if needed.

Other key areas of responsibilities:

•Develop and anchor the media plan in line with the business

By working closely with the wider team create strong media briefs to deliver most impact.

Sharing of best practice globally.

Support the Marketing Managers to establish clear objectives and targets, track and analyse performance, report return-on-investment, driving continuous optimisation of campaigns.

•Sparing partner for Marketing Managers - global and local - in development and execution of media plans

•Exploring, testing and possibly partnering with new providers in the field to optimize our media management

•In partnership with Marketing and Sales, fostering Maersk's positioning in the market and thought leadership

We are looking for

The ideal candidate will have solid expertise with media strategy development and execution in a global or regional role, with understanding of what is needed to build long-term brand impact and commercial success. Alternatively you have a background from a Media Agency.

You have excellent stakeholder management skills - and you are able to influence without authority and resolve conflicts.

Further more you:

•Have a strategic mindset and vision

•Are resilient, able to persist and adapt despite challenges

•Performance track and follow up

•Have experience with project and budget management.
