The Chevron Business Support Center (BASSC), located in Buenos Aires (Puerto Madero), Argentina, is accepting online applications for the position of Downstream Performance Analyst. Successful candidates will join the BASSC Downstream team. In addition to providing Downstream marketing services support, the more than 500 professionals that work at BASSC, provide expert information technology, human resources and finance and solutions to Chevron partners around the globe.
Marketing Support and Relationship Management
Analyzes Aviation Supplemental Outcome Reports and provides feedback to Manila for account setup.
Proactively consults with customers, airport authorities, operators, and consortiums to obtain updated information on duties, taxes, and fees. Ensures airport profiles for North America locations are updated and accurate.
Regularly conducts process reviews/audits of marketing activities (e.g., contracts, opportunities, tenders) to ensure they are properly documented in SalesForce
Collaborates with stakeholders to maintain data integrity and validate effectiveness of data in the systems. Identifies issues with tools
Responsible for maintaining updated operating permits, licenses, and agreements at select airports and other supply locations
Process Stewardship and Optimization
Identifies gaps, provides recommendations and collaborates with IT BRM and other stakeholders to address process and system inefficiencies.
Leads activities to leverage systems/tools and enhancements related to CRM systems. Partners with IT on ongoing technical support and system enhancements.
Collaborates with internal stakeholders to define and develop new processes & procedures related to Aviation and Commercial Products. Ensures that all new processes changes are documented utilizing Chevron standard tools to ensure process, responsibilities, system requirements, and materials required for the process are contained and available globally for reference
Participates on special project teams as needed
Reporting & Data Analysis
Provides reports to Management and stakeholders on contract performance
Provides ad-hoc reports and dashboards as requested
Performs customer and location agreement analysis routinely and, assist sales and support with data to aid tracing and escalation efforts
Proactively evaluates usefulness of global reports and make recommendations to optimize as needed
