Work with Trading & Supply Compliance team, Counterparty Onboard team and Shipping and Maritime to drive improvements that support Trading & Supply imperatives of Health & Safety, Compliance and Value and drive the yield agenda.
Lead and contribute to business projects
Design and build business processes to support new business initiatives integrated across People, Platform, Process and Place.
Define and deliver counterparty onboarding improvements to the end to end counterparty lifecycle to meet business efficiency and cost objectives.
Lead medium to complex projects (improvements or new business), using CI, project management, process design, change management and digitalisation toolkit to deliver optimal business outcomes and to ensure business changes are sustained and embedded.
Deliver iterative business performance improvements.
Monitor and interrogate yield and business performance metrics; make improvement recommendations to Process owner.
Design new and improved processes in compliance with Centre of Excellence standards as well as determining potential data and/or controls impacts with Centre of Excellence.
Ensure process documentation and onboarding/training materials are in place and adhere to Centre of Excellence standards and business controls
Collaborate with business, IT and Process Owner to identify solutions which are in line with Platform Roadmaps.
Provide assurance on IT project delivery where appropriate.
Improvement mindset essential
Experience working within a regulated industry / environment, such as financial crime, highly desirable
Basic process design and modeling skills
Basic CI skills e.g. Lean / Six Sigma certification strongly preferred
Ability to successfully facilitate workshops
Ability to influence a variety of stakeholders to deliver results
Problem solving and root cause analysis skills
Excellent collaboration and communication skills
Ability to analyze complex data and recommend solutions
Experience in deploying new technologies is preferred
Commercial acumen and deep understanding of Trading & Supply value drivers.
Deep understanding of systems landscape and connected applications
Demonstrated strong analytical, interpretive and presentation skills (i.e. use of Qlikview/Spotfire, R, Python, MatLab, predictive analytics, robotics process automation, and/or machine learning) preferred
