We're currently looking for talented, independent and enthusiastic candidate to join us as Sales Operations Representative. The Sales Operations Representative will support sales team to manage and grow assigned accounts in line with the organizational strategy, goals, policies and processes.

Key responsibilities

• Builds a good understanding of target customers and their business.
• Maximizes the impact of transactional sales through effective probing and lead qualification.
• Provides a personalized service and builds relationships with customers.
• Tracks competitor information and market trend and suggests required action.
• Formulates and manages service contracts with customers.
• Communicates service or rate changes, notable trends, policies and other relevant information to assigned ac-counts.
• Assists with rate negotiations.
• Ensures customer relationship management tools are updated on time and are of excellent quality.

We are looking for

• Previous sales/customer service experience in shipping, logistics, freight forwarding, supply chain, will be advantage.
• Previous experience in a sales/customer facing role, preferably one that involved any form of critical thinking.
• The successful candidate must display confidence and excellent communication skills, able to converse and deal with various stakeholders of all levels
• The successful candidate must also be well-organized, attentive to details, personable, problem solver, and a team player.
• Must have a can-do and positive attitude
• Proficient in MS office applications
