Job Description

Provides routine and non-routine technical expertise in one or more disciplines within assigned onshore maintenance areas. Supervises the activities of maintenance staff and contractors in the installation, maintenance, and repair of facility equipment. May use technical expertise to assist in the design and procurement of related equipment.Provides routine and non-routine technical expertise in one or more disciplines within assigned onshore maintenance areas.   • Demonstrate safety leadership on location and in the office environment.
  • Ensure crews abide by all applicable Company, State and Federal environmental and safety procedures and policies.
  • Provide design feedback to Construction, Major Projects and Well Engineering groups.
  • Provide feedback to Base Production group regarding operational best practices.
  • Work with Engineering and Supply Chain to develop projected equipment needs.
  • Assist production personnel in the resolution of recurring maintenance related issues.
  • Provide Maintenance support for Facility Operations; assist Facility Foreman with scheduling of Maintenance activities, Repairs and Equipment replacement.
  • Coordinate and schedule equipment deliveries from vendor to site.
  • Ensure vendor responsibilities and terms of equipment agreement(s) are met or exceeded.
  • Verify contractors have the proper tools, equipment, and training to ensure quality output.
  • Review contractor invoices for accuracy and forward for approval.
  • Participate in the collection, reporting, and analysis of Key Performance Indicators

Job Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Typically requries 5 years of oil & gas maitenence experience
  • Valid driver's license and a good driving record.
  • 5/2 schedule - 10 hour days

About the Team

Within our Production Operations department, many disciplines work together to design, implement, and manage oil and gas projects to achieve our production targets. Operations roles include gas measurement, workover operations, pipeline operations, field drilling and completions, line locators, lease operators, mechanics and construction workers.
