Job Description

  • Education: Degree in any discipline, preferably industrial engineering background
  • Job experience: 2 years related work experience in materials management and inventory planning with basic knowledge in chemical handling and processes.
  • Job responsibilities:
    • Prepare Monthly Inventory report, review and closure of action plans
    • Weekly review MRP Exception and open inventory reservation
    • Maintain Material master data and Master planning report
    • Tracking and updating inventory replenishment shipment status and collaborate with logistics and procurement department in expediting shipments
    • Reconcile open Orders and Invoice receipt/Goods Receipt variances
    • Complete schedule inventory production orders
    • Lead monthly inventory meeting with Product service Manager
  • SAP Literate and intermediate knowledge in MS office (Excel/PowerPoint)
  • Strong computer skills, analytical abilities and problem solving skills
  • Able to communicate well in English (written/verbal)
  • Team player, capable of collaborating in cross function initiatives
