Key responsibilities

Business Development
• Ensure constant development of new business/customer base to broaden Sealand reach
• Establishes good relationship with customer, which includes assistance to overall business cycle of the client
• Opportunities to up-sell or cross-sell other Sealand Products and grow share of wallet
• Answer/Respond to all incoming inquiries
• Co-ordinate between clients, sales and other departments on fixing various problems in regards charged services to ensure smooth and correct cargo operation
• Lost account trace

Pre-Sale Activities
• Ensure rates filing and rate list preparing is on time and accurate
• Ensure the analysis and statistics reports preparing is on time and accurate
• Prepare all kinds of notices/announcement to customers

Market Intelligence Support
• Responsible for funneling back to the organization valuable market intelligence information regarding the trade
• Understand overall business of the customer to be able to come across other business
• Filling all client relative information into salespad on time and accurate
