Key responsibilities

1.
Perform as a vertical team leader for special cargo & industrial projects in GCA Sales team
2.
Work closely with various internal & external stakeholders to facilitate the whole team's performance
3.
Inspire, lead & coach the team in maintaining existing business, developing new pipelines in order to deliver their individual target in both ocean and Logistics & Services
4.
Coordinating special cargo projects with product/delivery/procurement teams to design suitable solutions
5.
Supervise whole GCA special cargo segment. Deliver technical training and provide guidance to other sales teams, so as to help the whole GCA sales team acquire the highest market share
6.
Attend various external events to promote Maersk's special & project cargo services
7.
Market research & analysis in our own segment to help the team better understand the market situation and trend, and to design/adjust team's strategy

We are looking for

1.
Living with Maersk core values
2.
Deep understanding of special cargo logistics industry
3.
Solid project experience related to special & project cargo
4.
Excellent communication, presentation and project management capabilities
5.
Good relationship with external stakeholders like terminals/warehouses is a plus
6.
Minimum 3 years experiences as a team leader
7.
Professional English & Mandarin speaking & writing skills
