We offer

• Be exposed to the E2E aspects of container shipping Customer Service and much more since Customer Service essentially interacts with all functions.
• Be the person that has the overview for how performance is fairing in regards to delivery great customer experience.
• Be exposed to reporting tools and ways of measuring performance that can be used for doing performance management in any industry.

Key responsibilities

• Individual outdoor sales being responsible for client base development, volume contribution.
• Market analysis, string coordinator, competitor monitor, commercial support to relevant departments
• Report and internal process
• Interact with multiple stakeholders when need be to drive performance.

We are looking for

• Be familiar to Intra Asia market, relevant trading industry
• Communication skill, perfect sales skill
• Have an investigative and inquisitive mind-set to always want to understand what the performance is saying.
• Have excellent analytical skills to understand underlying reasons as to why performance is at the level it is - good or not good.
• Past experience in working with process mapping and improvements, particularly container shipping or logistics, will be an added advantage.
• Ability to manage and influence multiple stakeholders without having formal authority.
• An amiable person and team player that has a 'can do' attitude.
