We are looking for a Regional Cold Chain Logistics Product Manager to join our European Logistics & Services Product Management team.
This position can be based in any of our major office locations in Europe but preferably in Rotterdam, The Netherlands

Key responsibilities

•You will be developing and executing the European Cold Chain strategy taking us on an exponential growth path including building the needed products and infrastructure to succeed.
•You will be a key partner to the sales organisation defining the regional value proposition for our Cold Chain ambitions and support closing busi-ness.
•You will own the Regional P&L and ensure we consciously deliver and op timise our income and cost.
•You will be driving the product awareness and ensure our sales force understand our service offering

We are looking for

•Experienced Cold Chain expert with proven track record in assessing market needs and building strategic plans focused on growth
•Experience in setting up partnership or building own infrastructure to service customer needs across warehousing and distribution
•Significant experience in International Supply Chain with ability to under-stand how supply chain solutions may be leveraged to deliver strategic intent across all functions of a client's business
•Proven track record of targeting, pursuing and winning opportunities from existing and new customers, through combined personal and collaborative selling efforts at "Regional Director Level"
•Proven track record in a matrix, multi-cultural organisation, building strong relationships and networks both locally and internationally
•Intellectual, strong organisational and planning skills, can translate strategies to plans to results
•Well-developed Negotiation skills
•Agile and self-starter
