EHS Supervisor

Job Description

Manages company health and safety standards, policies and programs specific to Noble operating Regions. Executes health and safety compliance programs with company, country, state and local EHS regulations. Directs the identification and definition of existing and potential EHS concerns and their solutions.
  • Supervises development of broad EHS program objectives.
  • Works with BU leaders to ensure their leadership in and support of EHS programs and management systems.
  • Final review of EHS incident investigations
  • Takes remedial action related to EHS Performance Measures.
  • Development, implementation and oversight of EHS programs and procedures
  • Provides supervision and direction to EHS field technicians, specialist and coordinators.
  • Supervises risks assessments and inspections to assess compliance with company, country, federal, state and local EHS compliance.
  • Develops and Provides EHS training.
  • Conducts staff performance evaluations
  • Performs initial hiring, promotion, and disciplinary recommendations.

Job Requirements
  • Typically requires 6 years of health and safety experience in oil & gas.
  • Associate's degree or higher iOccupational Safety and Health or other related field or three additional years of equivalent experience
  • OR High School Diploma (or equivalent) + additional equivalent experience.
  • Line supervisory experience preferred
