Job Description

Supports the Company's relations with stakeholders and plays a key role in the development and implementation of the Company's corporate social responsibility (CSR), social performance (identification, mitigation and measurement of business impacts on people and communities), policies and issues, consistent with company and departmental objectives.
  • Serve as project manager for a cross-functional team to collaboratively assess, measure and act upon sustainability issues for the company
  • Provide content for company responses to stakeholder and shareholder environmental, social and governance (ESG) requests
  • Develop and implement a strategic program for sustainability and supporting frameworks and programs
  • Actively monitor and sustainability best practices and market trends and benchmark to company performance as relevant/prioritized
  • Manage and centralize ESG/SCR reporting activities to selected/recommended external ESG frameworks, such as GRI, SASB, and IPIECA
  • Manage social performance reviews and risk mitigation strategies
  • Develop a training program for sustainability ambassadors at Noble
  • Contribute to sustainability and climate reporting
  • Contribute to preparation of Board and executive materials
  • Represent Noble within industry and multi-stakeholder initiatives related to sustainability policy development as requested

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree required - Master's Degree preferred.
  • Background and professional history within Social Responsibility & ESG
  • 8 years of progressive industry experience
  • International work experience required, preferably 4 years
