Key responsibilities

The key purpose of the role is to ensure that all store door import/export requirements are maintained for the timely departure of import/export cargo as per service delivery requirements.
• Reporting daily store door movements, service failure issues and other challenges to supervisor
• Active focus in identifying and suggesting improvements to Inland Operations' processes
• Coordinating with rail, line and terminal operations to ensure movement of containers as planned
• Maintaining data integrity through accurate inputs/updates to all related systems
• Implementing methods and measures to drive intermodal, positioning and storage costs down
• Recovering equipment, maintenance and repair costs

We are looking for

• Preferable prior experience within the Intermodal or Customer Service functions (among others) in logistics/shipping/maritime industry.
• Fluent Spanish and English are mandatory, written and spoken.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to operate effectively in a diverse multicultural environment.
• Ability to handle pressure well and remain composed as well as keep a positive and solution-oriented mindset
• Ability to take ownership and make decisions quickly without direct instruction
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and other technical software
