Roles and Responsibilities Responding to customer needs for quotes, coordinating response if a request is different from the standardized offers. Handles complex products and systems requiring technical knowledge and knowledge of the environment where the products or systems will be used. Products and systems are client specific and require technical analysis and system design to fit client conditions. Manages complex long term sales processes. Contracts involve pricing and conditions of sales, rent, operation and maintenance. Handles important business unit clients Coordinates sales teams involving engineering, legal, risk, finance etc. Department is involved in big sales. Handles big or highly complex markets / Large potential for growth Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college. Minimum of 5 additional years of experience in Customer Care. Desired Characteristics Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Demonstated ability to analyze and resolve problems. Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. Established project management skills.
