Chevron Malaysia Limited is accepting online applications for the position of Customer Service Representative located in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to: • General Inquiries: Handles inquiries via phone, email or fax for fuel card, fuel order/ changes and promotion programs • Card Functions: Handles day to day inquiries and maintenance on card accounts, account balances, transaction details, pricing and billing statements • Fuel Order: Serves as the primary point of contact for customers on orders. Processes fuel orders for service stations and customers. Liaises with respective Business Consultants and Terminal for updates or changes in the orders • Complaints Handling: Handles customers' complaint via call, email or fax Required Qualifications: • Must possess at least a Diploma preferably in Business Studies/ Administration/ Management or equivalent • At least 1 year of working experience, preferably specializing in Customer Service or working in a Call Centre • Preferably able to speak in basic Mandarin or Cantonese • Flexible to work on some weekends and holidays Relocation Options: Relocation will not be considered.
